Taking My Money In The Name Of Giving Govt. Job

sir few days (around 18 days) I received a call in which a lady name Khushi whose mobile number +919971369295 asking me that my resume is selected for government job in Bhumisudhar Nigam for a manager profile , she said you have to submit 1100 Rs as a security amount that will refund after one week , I submitted this amount and give my documents to her by whatsup but sir she is fraud , no interviews has been taken from her side , sir she said that you have to complete training of 3 months then you will get appointment then I consider it as right job but sir they are cheated me and sir you do not believe her number is still running to cheat others . Sir my parents are passed away so in greed of getting job I submit this amount without any thought . Sir what should I do she is not giving my amount back even her number is running but she is not picking up my phone . I have receipt of their bank details and I have transaction receipt also . You can also call this lady to check her reality.
