yes, the court fee won't go higher. but it will be futile of you keep filling for bail too many times in the HC.
no extra charge as such, but lawyer's fees is always gonna be high-rise.
you can file a bail application there too, although, it'll be very very difficult if it has been rejected so many times. Plus it will be very expensive.

if no T.I.P done by police ,source and no recovery , you take bail,
if it will rejected before Hon'ble High Court then you may move a second bail with some new grounds but I will say try to get bail at this stage
