you can but it'll be extremely difficult to get bail. which State are you in?
if it's rejected from the HC then it'll be very difficult to get it unless the circumstances change a great deal.
you can try again in sessions court. because once you go to the high Court, it'll be almost impossible to get a bail from the sessions court if rejected in the high Court.
if rejected by below court then move immediately High Court and get bail
