as you told you have applied for quashing charge sheet at initial stage and it did not worked out and after that you have gone for mediation at this stage I suggest you again file petition under section 482 CRPC for quashing on the basis of mediation order that will surely workout

transfer the case to lok Adalat through your lawyer... case will end in one day

or file a petition for case transfer 2 lok adalat for case disposal in a day

you may file a compromise petition in Court for settlement of the case.

For this both the parties must present before the court.

If your compromise took place in the court where your case is pending. Sec 323, 504 are also compoundable. U need to file a application before court where your case is pending for that.
