Compromise

I was booked under 498a32350450634 chargesheet had submitted and court refered the mediation and mediation was successful now what is the process or stop all proceeding and court dates because my lawyer is extorting money after compromise he took the money for bail I think after compromise there is no need of permanent bail he is saying it will take 24 dates to close the case I applied intially for quashing the chargesheet in which my parents got stay and highcourt refered me for bail I took interim bail than compromise made still I had to take the permanent bail as my lawyer told Kindly advise now can i straight way go for quashing to allahbad Please advise as my lawyer is extorting too much money and unecessary harasing
