Without Furnish Bail Bond Can Compromise?

Move to High Court for quashing of FIR on the basis of compromise without bail even. After taking bail even you can go to High court for quashing. Call me.

1. without bail high court, 2. after bail, trial court

For quashing need to move HC or same court ?

possible without appearance but better to take bail and file for quashing

Sir.. accused persons not appear last 4 date on court.. and now issue warrant .... Can without furnish bail bond can compromise now though issue warrant ?
