Wife put FIR against husband and his family (total5 accused) Sec 420,324,34 Date fix at court for appearance. Now the wife is ready for compromise. Now accused 1st taking bail. Can without obtain bail dismissed the case if complainant appears and tell about a compromise ? What any provision for such?

though 324 is not compoundable yet your wife can compound the offence and on the basis of the compromise deed, the FIR can be quashed
