Advice Regarding Process For Mutation Of Property

Our family owns a family property in Cherpullassery village in Pallakkad Distt. of Kerala. The property has been partitioned among my Mother, brother & myself & my father's four brothers (8-10 years back) thru a partition deed. Three of them have got their share mutated in their individual names. Now We (My mother, brother & myself) want to get my fathers share mutated to our name (jointly). What is the process for the same.
