Sir we are three brothers. i am the eldest one. my father had 30 beegha agricultural land. Long time back my father had transferred 4 beegha land (out of this 30 beegha) in my name (recorded in official land revenue records too) in order to avoid this 4 beegha agricultural land from being lost due to land ceiling. I want to know do i have exclusive right/ claim over this 4 beegha land.. or my brothers can also claim it during legal fight.. Kindly help. I am getting different opinions on this from many legal experts. Wanted your opinion on this at the earliest.

Your brother can challenge that sale (by ur father to u) as SHAM & NOMINAL. But if u could defend the same by holding that you gave sale consideration amount, then u can defend it.. however if it's ur ancestral property then sale is no valid.. all depends on facts.. consult a lawyer in person with records.. for my further assistance plz book for consultation..
