We have 7.05 acres of agricultural land of Rsno.44 in west Godavari, Gopalapuram Mandel, another man has 0.55 cents of land in the same survey no 44, with 2" bore well. He takes that bore water to cultivate that land & also he promotes that water to other of his & his family members lands of approximately 15 acres. I have no bore to cultivate that land, so I dug a bore, 100 feet to that bore. He opposed me to take water from my bore, can I oppose the promotion of water to another survey no. of his & their family members lands from this bore of sr no 44.

This is land and water issue, immediately approach to concerned SDM, having jurisdiction and take help of local lawyer.
