We are planning to purchase Agricultural Land from my Aunt ( Dad's Brother Wife ) . The land was purchased through Agricultural income. Now they are planning to sell property to us. My Aunt has 2 son's and 1 of the son is not agreeing to sign. Is it mandatory to get the sign of both the son's along with mother. If we get it registered, can other son's ( who has not signed ) can put lawsuit in court ?

as u wrote land was purchased by uncle or after death of uncle her wife, if wife then no need to sign other

if property was purchased by your aunt then you can purchase the property without any hassle. if it is ansestral property in that you can purchase share of your Aunt only.
