Dear Bhagya As per Hindu succession Act, a person gets right in his ancestral property as soon as he takes birth in this world as a coparcener (A person having interest in property as a daughter or son). No person can deprive of his legal right. B's children is entitled to get his/her share in the ancestral property. They have right to file partition suit and challenge this unlawful division of the same property. For further details kindly contact me.
