Any Right On My Or Father Property Of My Divorced Wife And Adult Son.

Hello, I am taking divorce from my wife with our own agreement (she will keep our ornaments) and by creating FD backup amount to my 3 year son who will get it as he become adult. My son will stay with my wife. Earlier my wife did FIR on me and my parents by fake dowry amount and harassment sections. By police investigation and multiple calling, now she also fed up and decided to call back FIR by own settlement, not going to court. It seems police investigation is on our side. I heard few cases where grandson claim for father or grand father property as he become adult despite of his mother is divorced. One of the case is of Rohit shekhar and N. D. Tiwari case. What should I do to prevent claim of my son on my father/or my property, as he become adult. .. All property is self earned, not ancestral. Please suggest me.
