Appeal Against SDM In Revenue Board

My father has 4 brothers...all 3 brothers filled a case for property devision in 2011 and they sold their property inspite of case was running in court...I objected for daakhil kharij in SDM court but lekhpal did dakhil kharij too...and rest of property devides wrongly...khud property division ka case dala and mukadma vicharadheen hote hue bech bhi diya jb daakhio kharij ki appatti lagai court me fr bhi daakhil kharij ho gya paise leke...bachi property me baki teen bhaiyo ko 15 biswa and mere papa ko jinhone property bechi bhi nhi unhe 12 biswa zameen de di...SDM ne yhi decision sahi mana and upper ayukta ne bhi isi ko sahi bol diya? Kya mai baki bhaiyo pe contempt of court ka mukadma kr skta hu ??and property k daakhil kharij se khareedne walo ka naam hatwa skta hu?? And lekhpal ne jo galat property division kiya uske aginst kya kar skta hu? Mamla revenue board me jane k liye kaha gaya hai...plz ans
