My father has 3 more brothers total 4 people. 3 other people filled a case to divide patreorical land among 4 brothers. Case was running in SDM's court but they sold their part f land and in rest f land SDM gave a decision that the land which has high value will go with 3 brothers and low price land in the part of my father against that I appealed in commisionary and he gave same decision, within how many days I can appeal in Allahabad high court?

Dear Client in such a situation you have both option either you may go to Revenue Court or you you may directly approach High Court by way of Writ Petition where you can challenge Commissionary order and as per limitations part is concern within 30 days.
