MY SIBLINGS HAVE FILED A SUIT AGAINST ME IN 2018. TILL DATE I HAVE NOT BE GIVEN ANY NOTICE OR SUMMONS. THE SUIT WAS DISPOSED IN 2019. CURRENT THERE IS A CHAMBER ORDER ON THE SUIT. CAN I BE IN THE COURT WHEN THE NEXT DATE IS GIVEN FOR HEARING FOR THE PETITIONERS. DO I NEED TO APPOINT A LAWER NOW OR WAIT FOR THE SUMMONS FROM THE COURT.

One does not need lawyer to represent his or her case. But if that person doesn't what to state when to and how to proceed in court case the Judge may lose his temper and ask you engage a Lawyer if you are poor you can afford to engage council . You can request court for free legal assistance
