ashwany ji vakeelo ko apna kam krne dijiye na. mujhe esa lagta he k apke vkeel sahab ko bhi bhut ache se pata hoga k kya krna hoga aage. agar apne koi vkeel sahab ko engage nahi kiya he to jaldi hi engage kare apke pita ji jail me he. ye technical bate he ap itni aasani se nahi samjh paynge. case ke bare me koi discuss krna chahe to bataye.

no uh can't ... let the first bail be rejected then only uh can file new bail application ar approach to appellate court for fresh bail application....

why pending? regular bail (if in jail) come to bench next day if dismissed than again prepare new petition or if old forced give a memo for NOT Press this procedure in criminal court

firstly u withdraw previous Bail Petition n then file a fresh Bail Petition.
