Brother's Wife Is Not Letting Him Sell The House.

So, my brother is trying to sell his house and the house is on his name. But his wife is not agreeing to it. She is saying even if the house is sold she wont leave it. My brother told her to go and live with her parents for atleast a week then he will arrange another apartment for them to live but she isnt agreeing to it. My brother has House Loan, Personal Loan and other Debts that he has to pay, he has no other way to get quick money to pay his debts and that's why this is his decision. Please help what can he do?
