    S.. its better to start an association.. Now a new law enacted.. The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 it will help u.. Many states implemented and notified RERA Authorities and tribunal..

    Send them a proper request letter cum notice with your query and ask them to give a proper explanation for all the charges stated by them as statutory. The reply letter can be further taken up for denial of payment as applicable.
