Builder Cheated In The Name Of Facility Now Government Is Acquiring At Less Price

In 2015, I bought a 500 sq yard land at Thimmapur Village, Telengana from a builder Vikhyath Infra Developers. These people charged me 7.5 lakhs for 2 lakh land (according to Govt Value). Extra money has been taken for a premium plot with multiple facilities like clubhouse, Electricity Security, and many. Till now no progress has been made by the builder with patience I was waiting but it seems Government is building Baswapur Reservoir and acquiring land at a very low cost, almost half of the govt value. Till now no notice has been given to me by the government but many from the same venture already received a notice with very little compensation. I don't know whom to approach "Vikhyath sold me to land at a high price in the name of facilities and no development has been made and now the government is acquiring land at very less. As there is no notice to me to date I still have a small window to come out of it. Any expert suggestion, please
