1)I have purchased a flat in Gurgaon. Paid all the amount ,registration and possession done. Builder is not giving important documents like Approved Layout plan(Map),Occupation certificate,completion certificate etc and saying we don't give to anyone.Pl. suggest 2)Is it necessary to to get Jamabani nakal of a flat so as to update ownership into government records.If yes how we can do this.

Submit an application before the DC regarding your grievance. For Jamabandi you can approach Circle Office and apply there for certified copies. Fees are very less. Now a days you can even track online.

Submit a complaint against the builder for all the flat owners in the co-operative office and the registry office

Dear Sir, The builder has to share only necessary documents like occupation and completion certificate. You need not get Jamabandi.
