Hii,I am from Mumbai and need some suggestion regarding harassment from building members as we are not ready to pay building repair funds as we feel they are not doing proper repairing work and instead filling their pockets. Majority is on their side,so my question is can they take legal actions against us if building is not even registered?can I file complain against them if they knock my door for money late night and send us notice not even signed by any authority but by building members?

If u get any notice let them know that your lawyer will respond to it... and that already a complaint against the society members is registered...by you... and rest I'll guide on how to go about things while we speak up in the evening later today...
