I am purchasing a resale flat. The owner has the original sale deed and allotment letter. However he has lost the car parking allotment letter. Also he has only provisional possession letter, not possession letter. Can you please advise if I should proceed with the purchase and what documentation is needed for the lost documents? I want to make sure I have no problem when I plan to sell the property.
