I had purchased a property in Mira road in 2013. At that time builder was not selling the parking, as a result, I don't have parking in my housing society. Later the society has sold stilt and open parking without intimating me as I was abroad at that point of time. Do I have the right to park anywhere in an open space in society? or how can I resolve this issue?

Dear Sir, The Supreme Court says that sale of flat without corresponding parking place is not valid as such get issue a legal notice and get parking place. Please give me rank after viewing my details. Please call me for further assistance.
