Civil Suit

I am living in a property since 1983 on the basis of agreement with X person. In 2011 Y person which is sister of X filed suit against me for the possession. According to Y person I am tenant and living in property from 2005 and I did not gave rent to her from 2008-2009.The suit was decreed and with the help of my advocate Y person proved that I am tenant. Lower court told me to give possession to her.I filed appeal with stay petition in district court. District court allowed stay application but apply a condition to pay rent amount from the date of filing the suit within 15 days. The rent amount is 130000.I am not a tenent so I filed writ petition against the decision of district court. Now writ petition is allowed.High court directed to deposit 36000 instead of 130000. My question is that 1) my fear is After depositing this amount I am become tenant. 2) I have agreement copy of 1983 but due to my advocate still this copy have not given exibit. 3) I have notice of 1989 given by land revenue office which can prove that I am living in suit property in 1989. But this notice also have no exibit 4) At this stage can I get a chance to put exibit on this important documents. 5) this document proves that I am living in property before 2005. 6) At this stage can I ammend the appeal plaint. 7) Suit filed by Y person is not within limit 8) The suit is also non joinder. but my advocate not taken any objections?
