1-No, merely depositing rent doesn't mean that you have become tenant. 2-Yes, you can put it now as an additional evidence 3-As mentioned in para 2 of this answer 4-Very narrower scope to amend the appeal 5-limitaion is not much effective points of law in your case but non joinder is an important fact which has to be considered by courts. every rent under direction of court is a protest rent and cannot binding on depositer. it is all subject to the final decision of court
