Civil Suit

X is living in property (house) from 1970 to 1983 on the basis of rent.In 1983 the owner of property died. A, B,C and D are the heir of owner. A had share in inherited property, hence in 1983 A had made agreement of sale with X. In 2011, B filed a suit and made X defendent along with A and C. Cause of suit is that X is a tenant and living in property from 2005 and he did not gave rent as well as possession. In 2013 order passed by lower court and directed X to give possession to B along with A and C. X filed appeal in district court with stay application. Appeal allowed in 2014 and granted stay but apply a condition to pay rent amount from the date of filing the suit within 15 days. X thought that he was not a tenent. Hence he did not deposited money.Then B filed execution application and taken order of possession warant againt X.Then X filed writ petition against the decision of district court. My question is that 1 ) Suit filed by Z is only for the possession and not for rent. Then ordered passed by district court is legal? 2 ) Can X get relief from high court? 3 ) Suit filed by B is not in limit, it is also non joinder because B did not made party to D, then why suit was not dismissed? 4) B have not any written document which proves that she gave suit house to X on rent. 5) What should X have to do to save his possession?
