Your Content I got registered a plot in year 2015 from Mr Pandey (Non CNT) and he has registered it in year 2003. My mutation is stopped by CO,Ranchi stating that Khatiyan is of CNT Act, Mahto. My question is How Mr Pandey got mutation and I am being denied.
