We have done a collaboration with a Builder, we are three party and the fourth party is builder. Two parties and Builder is ready to proceed but one of the party who is my uncle wants to cancel the collaboration agreement for residential property in Delhi. Please suggest how can we force the third party to be abiding agreement and if he breaks the agreement. Only he has to pay the cancellation and Bayana

Have you entered into any collaboration agreement? If yes then you have to go as the terms and conditions of that agreement. If not then you can incorporate the condition which you want to put. But the agreements have to be drafted carefully as they involve huge stakes, so take the help of some good lawyer for the same.
