    Dear Sir, You may file appropriate application under Order 1 Rule 10 of CPC and get impleaded yourself and then get possession of the land if you have rights.

    hello sir first whatever an order has received as per company rules for LO to acquire the vacant land you approach the concerned authority of the liquidation authority and get your doubts clarified. and then you could go ahead with the purchase of the above said property.
