Complicated Land Case

My ancestors divided the land in family, the other families got it done on paper, but my grandfather didn't, later the other families started asking for claim, we lost our case at local court, but won from Lucknow Bench, the other party sought stay at Allahabad Revenue Board, my father being in govt service was transferred to other place, meanwhile the other party worked silently and managed in a way that court notice and dates of hearing did not reach us. The Allahabad court gave decision in their favour on account being absent from hearing, My father got the stay on the order. Meanwhile the other party bribed the local admin and basis the order issued by court they got the land commissioned and their name entered on paper, My father shown the stay letter but authorities did not help. The other party have started selling the land , and they sold one land at least 2 times to different persons. They are mislead people and shown a different land other than the paper, people who have bought have now started to take forceful possession on the land they haven't purchased. Meanwhile the hearing has been done at Allahabad Revenue Board and this time also we didn't get any notice, the decision was given 2 months after the hearing and it's against us. We are now planning to file a rid at Lucknow High court, but how we should now initiate this and what we should include in our rid, kindly advise.
