L&L registered agreement under mah rent control act 199 is valid, for a residential flat in Mumbai from 1/8/2018 to 31/7/2020, which is being renewed for a further period of 2 yrs. Licensee's husband is not a party to the agreement. For consenting for address proof updation in Husband's adhar card what precaution should the Licensor take?
Licensee is the wife who works in a Bank and her husband who was previously working outside Mumbai has recently taken up a job based out of Mumbai. He submitted the existing L&L agreement as address proof, which was not accepted by the Bank as the Husband's name was not mentioned in the agreement.
He now wants to update the aadhar address based on temporary residence at Licenced premises as a family member of the Licensee. He is requesting consent from House Owner. What precautions should I take? Does an adhar with the address of licensed premises give tenancy rights to licensee .
