Damage To My Home

There's water coming out of walls in one of my rooms on the ground floor. I checked it and found out the source of water. There's a house just behind my home and both of our houses just 200Cm apart. Whenever they open their tap, which is in their brandha, that water directly comes to our wall. Note:- We live in the mountains and it's common here water taking another way. We have been telling them from the past three years to fix this issue. We said that please use some cement and fill those holes. But they aren't listening. Due to this water, our walls remain wet all year. That room was our kitchen some years ago but now we have entirely stopped using it because of water. Now, please tell me what to do. What are the options? Do I need to file a case against them as they are harming my property?
