I have booked a plot and the builder has raised the demand for final possession without obtaining a proper NoC from Authority- YEIDA. The builder has applied for NoC and Intimating to us to consider as deemed NoC. Banks too have not disbursed the full Loan amount on the same ground [Deemed NoC]. Should I go any pay the final demand from the builder and registry of such a plot is possible if I want to start the construction. Pls suggest

1. Avoid making payment before the NOC, 2. check with the office of sub-registrar regarding the requirement of NOC for the registration of the property

Mr. Vijay Kumar there is nothing called Deemed NOC. Once builder applies for NOC the Concerned authority will inspect and based on the inspection report and looking into the standards followed based on such report they issue NOC. t That's the reason your bank also not disbursed full loan.
