Asked in Property
Anushka how the author of the will get the property.... your answer depend on this question which clear earlier by Aashish Kumar
There is no difference between ancestral and self acquired property. When once one becomes the owner both are treated in the same way.
if the property was self acquired by your grandfather then your father is the only legal person to get that property. if your grandfather got this property from his father then your Bua can claim for property. in case of self acquired she can't claim.
It is necessary to read the will before giving the opinion.
