Asked in Property
first you have to see that the property is self acquired or heritage
do you want the secure your father share at present or u wanna secure the same after your grandfather
if your Grandfather passes away without a will, you can file a partition suit. let's hope this day doesn't come soon. if you or your father wants the share right now, even then you can file a partition suit. the most amicable way would be to ask your grandfather to make a Will as soon as he can. Regards,
if property is ansestral property file suit for partition. and if it is self acquired property then ask your grand father to execute will or gift deed.
your father have a equal rights on ur grandfather property... a will of property only be executed after the death of Ur grandfather... if uh want to ensure Ur father right then i suggest all family members with a discussion settle the matter Nd made a will of Ur grandfather... will can b change also during the life time of the grandfather .. if uh have a doubht that might in future things get wrong try to convience the grandfather to made a gift deed in favour of uh father Nd auncle.. ar whom they want too.. gift deed will came in force the time when it's get registered ...
your father have equal and legal right in yours grandfather property .
Wait for your grandpa to die first. Then let your father worry about the properties. We will see then what to do. Why hurry now. Then let your father also die. Thereafter only your turn to worry commences. Pray for early windfall.
