Distribution Of Share Of Property Of Joint Family

hello Sir my question is that I am living in joint family and we are 3 families so I want to get my share in the property out of sale proceeds but issue the property cannot divided and it can be sold and proceeds of sale Can be distributed but 1 party is not agree with issue and want to divided the property so while going through civil court it is very cumbersome and long procedure is there is any provision where fast track partition can be filed.
