    First you need to obtain Succession Certificate either from Calcutta High Court (Original Side) or District Court. The maximum court fees/stamp duty is Rs*Phone*exculing filing charges and lawyers fees etc After you have obtain Succession Certificate you can apply for mutation in your name from KMC.
