I have opted to purchase a flat in Bangalore Hoysalanagar, got all the land docs and existing sale deed and there is a Rajakaluve backside of the flat immediate to compound wall. But based on the survey no. when I checked the BBMP site, due to the Rajakaluve presence, the site is mentioned as encroachment. Can you please advice whether I can proceed further for legal opinion even though the BBMP site mentioned the survey as encroachment.

check the documents and you can demand verification of same by RTI from the BBMP ,after that your queries will be clear
