I have built 2 houses on my father's acquired sites, and I have registered 1 plot on my father's name purchased by myself. As I came to know my relatives are brainwashing my father to give one of my houses to my younger sister but my father seems not interested so, as it was invested by me. What should I do to avoid the hassle to ensure the property is mine only.

You can get a settlement deed executed by him in favour of you and get it registered.

1. ask your father to transfer all the properties in your name to avoid any legal complications in future, 2. if your father died intestate, the properties (self-acquired) will be devolved among all legal heirs
