Flat Sale

There is a flat in kolkata purchased by my father who no more and its in my mother's name.i am married and i have a brother who stays in that flat along with his family and my mother,now he wants my mother to make the flat on his name so that he can sell it .(1)my question is can my mother make the flat fully on my brother's name as he is pressuring her (2).i dont want to leave my right as i too have on that property.so what should i do now.
