Dear Sir, Normally in Bengaluru City such GPA is valid and transactions being taken place with an understanding that the vendor who is from USA in good faith executed such GPA in favour of his friend.

This is my response to you: 1. Is the POA registered then only he can sell it; 2. If it is registered then read the terms and conditions of the POA; 3.
