This is regarding a property (Flat). It is owned by the grandmother-98yrs and her Son 77 years. One of the grandchild-21yrs is starting her own business. And she would like 1) a NOC, 2) Address proof, from the grandmother to have this house as the registered address for her small startup. If the same is provided to the grandchild, are there any implications regarding claiming the house in the future. Also, what are the other implications that can happen if the NOC and Address proof is given?

No implications to avoid more complications ask them to get into Rent Deed then NOC to run business.

Allowing the child in the family will not be transferring of ownership. But otherwise the Legal right of the child to the property will stand. Get the things clear on all counts..
