Gentleman, You have to ascertain one thing in particular if the property in question is ancestrial or it is self acquired. Legal position in both cases is entirely different. Your right to share cannot be denied in case of ancestrial property but the Legal position is otherwise in case of self acquired property. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.

Pradeep , find out the property owned by your grand mother is her own earned property or she got that property through her Husband and her Husband's Ancestors property. If property is her self earned no one can question about it . Incase property is of her Husband she can only enjoy during her life time. If it is a her husband Ancestors property your mother and you can seek Partition. Even otherwise your Mothe4 can seek Maintenance under section 125 of Cr P C .Meanwhile you have not mentioned about your age and your employment status. If you are Minor and unemployed you can also Clsim Maintenance. Contact any Advocates in this Forum for your relief.
