Help Me For Legal Rights

My Relative is a senior police officer he is missusing his powers. From 2002 my father leaved my mother for Dowry. At present we living by ourself and fighting against my father. We filed a maintaince case , he saying he is not get married again and he doesn't have property, At same time 498A case also there in that he proved my mother taken divorce infront of elders and my father moved on his life like this it's proved Actually he is given 25000 for kids expenses as he mentioned in document also now that copy their showing as divorce court closed that case We asked for judgement copy to fight further. We fighting and struggling with life in between unknown persons doing physical attacks to leave the place and go away I approached police, police saying 160 petti case warning but not giving receipt When I approached to C.P ,again send to police station, police and accused saying sorry and quit the case and forcefully accused people signing Bindoer letter and provided one copy to us. Same incidents repeated for 3 times ultimately i come to know that this issues planned by my uncle who is conustable and my another uncle who is DSP manging the police station. This is the fact which cleard now by police Now I got another clarity whoever fighting physically with us it happened 3 times so that 3 acuused parties not have any connection among them. But 3 acuused parties having some information about my personal issues which is giving by my uncle who is conustable, later these issues are arrowsing for this we going to C.P then police scaring to accused parties and police taking money from them to manage the case. Police filing and sending summons from court in delay as after date of hearing but I visited the court and asked to superintendent of court about the summons then superintendent calls a police infront of me case is closed and referred if we have doubt then go to police station not to court. In this process i went many times but they are playing so neglected to see their game 3rd mmc court Wat i have to do in this because same situation repeated in February 2017 so I write a petition to high court they send a receipt and copy of referring to district legal authority . I went to lok adalat they not telling exact date. Please suggest me the proces.
