you have the right only to yours share you can claim his share
Yours is Case of negative nature. Since it is Ancestral Property, you yourself cannot debar your Son. But it been your self-acquired property the things would have been otherwise. Give me Rank Five, Follow me and Contact me if further discussion or explanation is required.
Dear Ravi You can't do so in case of ancestral property and deprive your son of his invested share in the same property. . This can be in case of self acquired property, which you can dispose of as per your wishes.
A father can disinherit his son from his self-acquired property only, and not from his ancestral property. An ancestral property becomes self-acquired after its partition
