Provisions says that all are co-sharers in the ancestral property. Hence all are entitled to one share each. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and contact me telephonically for further discussion and explanation if required.

Hello Arya, Please elaborate transfer as in what sense, did Mr. Satbir transferred it by way of gift deed or sale deed. If by way of gift deed, the daughter cannot sue as it was his property and he can transfer to anyone he wants to. Further, I will be able to suggest after knowing the nature of transfer. Best,

According to law of relevance Alka can get her share but if it is proved that Rohan and Sohan got the property in the past with the consent of Alka it will be a difficult situation for Alka ,she shall have to find the way.
