    Your question is still vague and incomplete. How the property became ancestral to your mother. It has got to understand before making an endeavour to Reply. But even if presuming your version your mother was not competent to execute a Will for the ancestral property. Hence all the legal heirs have got the right to get the will declare illegal, null and void and asking for equal right. That will solve your problem.
