House Issue Between Father And Son

To us two sons, our father bought two separate plots through his savings and by selling other lands. To get my elder brother married, we constructed a house on our brother's plot. For construction, we used all my salaries, my father's salaries, my mother's salaries for 5+ years for paying chits. Also, We had to sell some land in our village to complete the construction. All these years my brother has been unemployed, eating from our money. We registered the house on his name, because of his plot. We thought, there would be no problem. We also got him married with all our expenses. After 6 months of marriage, he wants to throw all of us out of the house, because the house is registered on his name. That house is constructed by hard-earned money from my father, mother, and me. We don't have much other property other than my plot. Because most of our land sold to build the house. Is it possible to get our stake in the house? What should we do?
