House Property Settlement

My late father purhased a old house and constructed a fresh house in same land. My mother is also died.We are 4 brothers and 2 sisters, out of whch elder brother and elder sister have been died.Late Elder brother has his wife , one son and 3 daughters alive. Late Elder sister has his husband and 2 sons alive. Please advice the mode of disposal of this property.
