Under the circumstances the only option left with you is to make a document or a duly sworn and attested Affidavit by your husband which atleast got attested from some Executive Authorities. OR IF YOU can manage to obtain a Registered Gift Deed from your husband in Your name it will be a permanent solution for your problem. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
